Radiohead : minimal rock ?

Ok first of all ... im talking about minimalism not minimal . So , let me place here what the wikipedia describes as minimalism that goes perfect to the point that im trying to make out .

"The term minimalist is often applied colloquially to designate anything which is spare or stripped to its essentials".

In this way , under this conception , we can find musical minimalism, minimalist design,minimalism in visual art,literary minimalism between others .

Now , we now that the minimalism or minimal music its not only applied , and even less ,not borned with the minimal house music .

so radiohead , well known rock ( yeah yeah i mean rock to keep it general ) band ; yorke playing a rhodes piano , greenwood playing a slide guitar and the other guy playing in a groove box the most simple drum pattern could be taggered under something as ...mmmm... minimal rock ?

vinyl , cd o software ?

El eterno debate ... al igual ke cuando se empezaron a usar las lectoras . los djs de vinilos saltaron diciendo eso no es mezclar . ahora se usan los softwares y hardwares , entonces es viniles cds software hardware en una lucha de todos contra todos que termina siendo algo asi como la guerra de las galaxias .

1ero fueron las bandejas , lo ke vino despues por ende ya nacieron como "otras" forma de mezclar musica. Pero lo cierto es ke todo en conjunto son complementos . Por que cuando solo existian las bandejas habia muchas cosas que hasta hoy se pueden hacer ,porke no nos podemos olvidar de incluir en softwares los miles de efectos (tanto software como hardware ke hoy existen) y en eventos estan ahi , y los difrutamos seguro y no vienen exactamente de las bandejas .Nada es mejor , es decir las bandejas mejor ke cd o cd mejor ke software etc ... por ke hablamos de gustos y de gustos no hay nada escrito .

Si cierto ke cada ekipo para mezclar musica tiene su lugar .

Me refiero hablando de soft y hard en mi opinion yo no me presentaria frente a un publico mayor ( estoy hablando de una fiesta realmente electronica ) con un tracktor o un virtual dj por ejemplo porke seria ir a correr la indi 500 en bicicleta ; pero si con ableton o reason por las cosas ke se pueden hacer con ellas en vivo son infinitas e increibles .

Ahora , mientras voy a aprendiendo a usar ytocar en vivo por ej . con el ableton tenes ke manejarlo muuuuy bien para poder llegar a hacer cosas ke se hacen con vinilos y cds , ke serian los ke pueden acompañar a los soft en un dj booth , en esto me refiero mas ke todo al feeling o hacia donde te kieras dirijir .

Entonces uno complementa con cd o vinilos tales software como live . Pero creo ke todo esto pasa porke todavia no hay controladores usb o midi ke permitan manejar el live de forma completa . Aaaaa no ser ke tengas el mixer propio de sasha " the maven " unico en el mundo y sale su billete eso seguro !! .
pero cuando llegas a mezclar bien sea con lo ke sea pasa esto ...y creanme !!! yo tube la oportunidad de estar ahi y poco importo con ke mezclaban aunke siendo el live el protagonista ,,,,veanlo utds

Alguien que poco a poco y con mucho esfuerzo se va armando de sus equipos y lo principal buscando sonidos nuevos . Asi que desde la gigante y cosmopolita cuidad de montreal donde los sonidos techno , jazzy , funky, minimal chocan unos con otros sale desde un "bassment "(literalmente un laboratorio musical ) este set de un amigo .

Un set que pasa por el house , minimal techno , funky y algunas cosas electro. Asi quedando claro la influencia del norte que esta produciendo en êl mezclar los sonidos que mezcla .
